Oil is tradition for us and derives directly from the teachings of our grandfather. We have thus restored an ancient one olive grove on the Pistoia hills of our family ed every year we personally take care of the harvest and the pressing of the olives within 12 hours.
Milling is strictly performed cold and only by mechanical processes, without filtering.
In this way we can guarantee the flavor and healthiness of the product we are proud of.
Our oil is particularly fruity, benefiting from the favorable exposure of the hillsides and for its location requires one early harvest from the end of October.
